About: Provides confidential counselling service for physicians, residents, and medical students. It connects physicians with physician advisors to help determine the needs and, if necessary, to recommend appropriate resources and referrals. The physician advisors do not make diagnoses or prescribe treatment.

Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR)
About: The Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) is responsible for receiving and responding to formal reports of discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence against members of the University community. The OMR offers confidential consultations to all members of the University community (students, staff, and faculty) to provide information on reporting processes as well as relevant University resources, support services, and training. They support the development and implementation of policies and practices that are effective, trauma-informed, and procedurally fair to respond to incidents of harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence.

Office for Respectful Environments (ORE)
About: The ORE is a pathway for reporting concerns about mistreatment in the faculty’s learning environments.

Office of Respect For The Person (RPO)
About: The Faculty of Medicine, in collaboration with the Office of Respect for the Person, is committed to preventing and combating harassment, incivility, discrimination, racism and sexual violence.
